Higher-volume programs may require a capacity review and custom quote. A monthly active participant is counted once when they access or are actively managed in Cohenda during that billing month. Archived records and invited users who never activate are not billed. Participant overages are reconciled monthly; service hours do not roll over. Data migration, custom integrations, registrar work beyond the plan allowance, and custom development require written approval. Self-service registration forms for Community and higher plans are planned for a future workspace update.
